You weren’t meant to blend in
You were meant to STAND OUT.
If you’ve ever felt like you’re doing all the right things- posting, showing up, building the business- but still wondering why it doesn’t feel right, I get it. Most women I work with aren’t just afraid of being visible; they’re afraid of being themselves when the world is watching. My job is to help you build the kind of confidence that doesn’t switch off when the camera does.
The Confidence You See Now?
I Had to Build It Brick by Brick.
From the outside, I looked confident. I was showing up online, running my business, posting like I had it all together. But inside, I was constantly managing other people’s comfort levels- editing myself so no one would be upset, offended, or think I was “too much.” I was afraid of being seen AND I was afraid of being misunderstood. I thought if I kept everyone happy, I’d feel safe.
Spoiler: it didn’t make me safer, it just made me sound like everyone else.
Eventually, I got tired of pretending I was fine. I’d spent years teaching other women how to look confident on camera, but I hadn’t been feeling that way myself. So, I turned inward. I studied mindset, body language, and confidence- not because I wanted to teach it, but because I desperately needed it. Turns out, confidence isn’t something you wake up with- it’s a skill. And it’s available the second you stop waiting for someone else to give you permission.
Now, I help women build that same kind of unshakable self-trust.
Not the loud, look-at-me version of confidence…the real kind. The kind where you stop apologizing for existing, stop shrinking to make everyone else comfortable, and start showing up fully- whether you’re on a stage, in a meeting, or just walking into a room like you belong there. My job isn’t to turn you into someone new. It’s to remind you who you already are- and help you live, lead, and show up like her everywhere you go.

MY CORE BELIEFS
MY CORE BELIEFS
(aka The Confidence Code I Live By)
01
Inner Confidence
True confidence starts in your head, not your highlight reel. When your thoughts align with your worth, everything else falls into place.
02
Outer Confidence
isn’t about being perfect- it’s about being present. I’ll teach you how to carry yourself with the kind of energy that says, “I’ve got this,” even when you’re still figuring it out.
03
Visibility
Your story is your superpower. When you start showing up as your full self- flaws, quirks, brilliance, and all- you don’t just attract attention; you attract alignment.

WHEN IM NOT HYPING WOMEN UP

WHEN IM NOT HYPING WOMEN UP ↓↓↓
I live with five kids and two dogs—so quiet time is more of a concept than a reality.
I read about a book a week and will absolutely tell you what you should be reading next.
I LOVE movies. If Robert Downey Jr. is in it, I’ve seen it (at least twice).
I didn’t drive until I was 21- and to this day, if parallel parking is involved, I’m out.
I’m allergic to avocados, which feels like a personal attack at this point.
I’ve been obsessed with humpback whales and the Muppets my entire life.
I have two tattoos- a palm tree and Kermit the Frog- both proudly acquired after 40.
I consider myself a soft pretzel connoisseur. Warm carbs are a love language.
I’m always the first one on the dance floor and the loudest laugh in any room.
